CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

All sales of digital products, including online courses, downloadable materials, and recorded educational content, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Due to the digital nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery or login access has occurred.

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased digital content, please contact us promptly so we may assist in resolving the issue.


2. Memberships and Community Access

Memberships and subscription-based services may be canceled by the member at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, access will continue through the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time, and membership fees already paid are non-refundable.


3. Live Worms and Perishable Biological Products

Due to the nature of live animals and perishable biological products, all sales of live worms are final and non-refundable.

In the event that worms arrive deceased or in unsatisfactory condition, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence of the issue. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement shipment or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Environmental factors such as weather conditions, delays caused by carriers, improper handling after delivery, or unsuitable habitat conditions are beyond our control and are not grounds for refunds.


4. Physical Products and Supplies

For non-perishable physical products and supplies, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be canceled only if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy outlined above.

Orders for live worms cannot be canceled once processing or shipment preparation has begun.


6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may not be eligible for a refund. Any re-shipment or replacement will be at the customer’s expense.
