About Me:
Russell "Argent" Baldwin is a retired Forensic Scientist, Retirement Board Trustee and Public Employee Union Board member. During his almost 30 year career he qualified as an expert witness in DNA, Forensic Alcohol, Toxicology and Controlled Substance analysis.
After retiring from public service in 2020, Russell immersed himself in all things regenerative. He created a suburban permaculture design center in Costa Mesa CA, complete with food forests, market garden, passive solar water heating, grey water capture, rainwater capture, solar panels and vermicomposting.
In 2021, Russell formed Argent Genesis LLC. The company offers consulting services in Sociocracy, Permaculture design, and regenerative finance. His current vision is to build a global community where everyone can thrive.
